The Memorial Hermann Ironman Texas is an Ultra distance triathlon consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile bike ride, finished up with a 26.2 mile run.

Here’s a rough transcription – “Hey what’s up everyone it’s TheCyclingWill again. This is a quick review on the Vuelta Corsa Superlite Wheelset that I first started riding on. First of all, for you weight weenies, it’s 1499 grams. It is incredibly light compared to a lot of the wheelsets out there, and the best thing is it’s bang for your buck. They’re only $450. I highly recommend these for people that are just starting out or just want bang for your buck. If I were to compare these to most wheels out there, I mean, they’re not very flashy, but they get the job done. I recommend these for long rides, climbers would have a field day climbing, sprinting. I’m a pretty big guy”.

Vuelta Wheels-I can say without a doubt Ron and his team have been nothing but amazing.  I received my wheels last week and if you are looking for solid tools to be on while you race or train-please, do yourself a favor and check them out.  During the Epic 5 last year the 50′s were FLAWLESS.

“I was feeling good,” Wilcoxson said when asked about the race. “And then we stopped for about 20 minutes, and my legs just didn’t quite feel it when we started back up again. So I was kind of nervous about the finish. That’s why I went so early, because I didn’t feel like my legs were that good.”

Her legs were good enough for a win by several bike lengths over Sue Butler, who rode in next for second. Walle and Lopez-Otero decided the last podium spot with a rematch of their OBRA championship battle the week before, with the Ironclad rider getting the advantage again.

With 200 riders and 35 Pro Racers from some of the top National Teams, the stage was set for tremendous racing in all classes.

Vuelta Rider, Andrew Blocher, placed first in the hotly contested “under 19 category”, with a time of 5:03:03 minutes.

Racing on his Vuelta All Mountain Wheels, he won the class by more than 5 seconds.
